기절 KIJUL

기절 KIJUL It means it was so fun or funny that I could faint.

It does not mean that it is difficult, dizzy, or vertigo and that I could faint.

원래 기절이라는 뜻은 실신(失神, 영어: syncope)이라고도 하며, 뇌혈류 감소에 따라 순간적으로 의식을 잃는 증상이다. 

기절, 실신, 혼절, 졸도, 인사불성, 의식불명. 

영어로는 의학용어로 syncope, 보통 fainting이라고 부르며 pass out , (fall) unconscious 등의 단어가 쓰인다.
